Mods, those will typically reduce your FPS, yes, not to mention shader mods, for those to run smoothly you need a high-end graphics card.
Remove them, then performance will be better. Perform a force update.

I just now started using some pretty nice Shader mods, I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if the lag should be like this...
