Hi guys. Been having some trouble quite lately with Minecraft after playing for a certain amount of time. After about 5-10 minutes of playing (this varies sometimes, and has been dropping to shorter times), my game starts to get huge lag spikes. Some lasting for more than 30 seconds at a time. When this happens, I tab out and look at the "Performance" tab on task manager. Looking at the CPU usage, it's usually around 90% - 100%. I've already tried Googling some answers, reinstalling Java and Minecraft, and deleting my .minecraft folder, unfortunately, none have worked.

I do have some mods loaded, also. They are Rei's Minimap, MAtmos Sounds, OptiFine, InventoryTweaks, and Shibby's FlyMod.
