This error (as said in title) keeps coming up and i cant seem to find a way to fix it, can you please tell me how i can fix it? and also Explain like im 5 because im not a wiz with computers, but i really want to get this fixed

My brother has been having the same issue, his entire application support folder was gone, and Java wouldn't run. My solution is *cough* Windows *cough* Linux *cough*.

Or your brother could not be an idiot. No OS is going to just delete a directory that holds a large amount of the data for every single piece of software installed on the harddrive. So if its gone that means your brother did something wrong. Now please leave with your ignorant opinions.

I own a windows, my PC isnt compatible with with minecraft, so.....
Not a problem. Apple pushes out it's own java updates. So it makes things a little odd some times.
