Lag after getting my laptop fixed?

Well I recently had to get my laptop fixed, wireless issue, and before I had sent it in to get fixed I had about 50 to 60 fps(with optifine). Now even with optifine or without it, I am only getting about 30 or less fps. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue, or a way to fix it?

I forgot to mention that most, if not all, of my settings are the same. I also have 64bit java and the correct java version installed.
