Two separate, paid, accounts, two separate computers same server?

My oldest daughter loves minecraft and has paid accounts on both android and PC. My youngest has taken an interest and has purchased it on android but now wants to play on PC. Will they be able to play with each other on the same server, separate servers or will one of them be stuck playing individually? I don't want to purchase another account and get her hopes up only to disappoint her.

Yes, Account are able to play with eachother on Multiplayer Servers, or on a LAN Server, which is privately hosted on your network.

to play on the same pc server your youngest will need a pc account aswell, the android version is a different game and won't connect to a pc server.
