Crash on startup. With DxDiag and Error Report.

Completely vanilla unmodified minecraft. Worked on my PC for over a year prior to my last pc reformat and restart. I have updated the drivers, directx, and anything else i can think of. After the launch page the game crashes and produces the following error report on my desktop.

The error is definitely an ATI driver file. I would recommend redownloading the latest driver and try again. This looks like the most current one for your graphics: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonaiw_vista64.aspx

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
