What are your computer specs? The couple of times I have seen this error, it seemed to be from not having enough memory available. You could try closing any background/extra running programs when you try and launch Minecraft, or use a .bat to launch it with less memory and see if that works.

Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
Anyone know why it is doing this? I have tried downloading Java again, I did that. It still doesn't work though.
