I was home from art school for reading week recently, and my friend bought me minecraft. He'd set up an awesome multiplayer server, and I had no trouble connecting to it. When I got back to school I tried to log in to the server but only got the message 'Can't reach server'. He'd been messing around with the server a bit recently, to switch it to a computer with a better internet connection, but another friend can get on (but it's choppy) and he has the same kind of computer as me.
I've got a macbook pro, so you can probably tell I'm not very computer-savvy. If anyone has any ideas of what's going on and how I can fix it I'd appreciate it.
