If you really bought it then go to www.minecraft.net/download and download a fresh copy of the minecraft launcher. Rename your current .minecraft folder in Appdata/roaming to something like.minecaft_old. Then use the launcher on your desktop to login and it should redownload the game files. Move your world saves from the old install to the new one.
