I have a diamond pickaxe with Efficiency II and Fortune II and I am attempting to drop a Silk Touch enchanted book on it using an anvil but it won't work. I have enough levels, but the destination pickaxe is not displaying Silk Touch as an enchant. What am I doing wrong?

Man. They need to nerf the anvil. 32 levels to repair a Smite 3 sword is ridiculous.
