I updated my sound files, now i keep crashing. Help please.

Hi, i update my sound files today(23/2/2013) and now I keep crashing when in a server.
If anyone could help, i'd appreciate it.

I followed what it said to do on the Minecraft Wiki.
Just google "minecraft sound files" and look for the minecraft wiki page.

Try forcing an update. Open the launcher, hit Options > Force update. This will delete any third-party modifications and redownload the stable release.
