So I've been making a map for the past month, and I opened it up today and added a parkour challenge, and the bottom of a really tall elevator shaft. Not building that by me-self. So I close minecraft and open up MCEdit, and it says it dsn't know what to do when I try to open the world. What? So I check out the save file to make sure it's all right. The folder is there everything is fine. Oh wait! I don't have a level.dat file, just a level.dat_mcr. I read up on that, thats a backup of a save from MCRegion right. Heseres the thing. I started this in January of 2013, in 1.4.7, in Anvil. Where the heck did this crap come from? I can't open the world in Minecraft, I tried downgrading it to make the game update the file. Nothing worked! Help?
