Whenever I play Minecraft after about 30 minutes it just crashes the entire PC. The PC just goes off.

My specs are:
Manufacturer: Dell
Model: XPS L511z
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz
Installed Memory (RAM) : 6.00GB (5.900 usable)
System Type: Windows 64-bit

Do you get any crash reports? (located in /.minecraft/crash-reports).
If so, Post them up using a text sharer, Like picBox.

Do you have the latest version of Java?

What Windows do you have? You did not specify.

Do you have anything else on which may help cause the problem?

If you can answer them, I can give further help.
