Hey guys, I can't connect to minecraft.net on my wife's computer! It works fine for me, but I want to get my wife minecraft and get her started on this amazing game with me. The only problem being, I can't figure out why her computer won't connect to minecraft.net. I have since gotten rid of the special characters in her Windows username, uninstalled AVG 2013, uninstalled and reinstalled Java, uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft, and googled and tried all of the more obvious answers before bothering other people with my problems, So I ask you guys, could you please help me? Yeah, can't connect to minecraft.net. It says my minecraft isn't downloaded but I downloaded it from the site, I just haven't been able to connect to minecraft.net. Does that have anything to do with it?

Tried making the .bat file and it didn't launch the minecraft.exe properly, don't know what I did wrong. copied and pasted the command line. Remaking a new account called "Minecraft Account" and trying that. Will report in with results. Thanks for help guys!
