I am running on a Alienware M15x w/ Ubuntu 12.04
First when even I Would login to a sever or single player world If you Load the hit box of the block i was looking at then, Freeze and crash.
Today I Upgraded my Graphics card Driver and now it won't even get to the Mojang Screen. I loaded it though terminal and I get this error

(I have Tried with ORACLE Installer and It didn't work any better then the OpenJDK)
Looking at other topics with the same error, here do this.
Run this command to get a list of extensions. I'm having some trouble trying to find a good resource on the error, but the the ATI drivers seem to be a common trend on most of them. (more info if I can find something significant)

if it returns nothing, make sure you have this installed
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get upgrade
$ sudo apt-get install fglrx
$ sudo apt-get install fglrx-updates
No, it doesn't work.

-.- Thank you guys for your help. It was being caused by a x512 Painting's texture pack I forgot i had on.
Problem is fixed to my knowledge.
