Provide your Laptop/desktop model number or graphics card model. How you expect people to give you links without knowing what to give you?

I'm having the same problem. Is this common? I had the error trying to download on a Dell Optiplex GX620. Now I'm having the same problem on my Dell Latitude D610. I hate to think I paid for this game and I won't be able to play it. I'm also not computer savvy. I hope someone could help me out. Thanks
