Whenever I try to connect to a server, I get an error. It will say "connecting to server" like normal, but it won't connect and comes up with an error message that says "connection timed out:connect" (or something like that I can't remember)
I have tried multiple times to port forward my router to no avail.
Also, when it checks my connection to a server it says it can't reach the server.
Can someone please help with this problem? The single player has quickly lost its appeal.
I just tried this with a random IP address and it didn't work....however when I tried it with an IP address from the Minecraft servers page, it would now not let me try to connect with the server at all (both with and without the :25565 at the end). Any suggestions?
