Can't connect to any MC servers

Whenever I attempt to connect to a server, it always says this

Connection timed out: Connect

For every server.

I have re-installed MC just now and still the same problem. Any ideas?

Try turning off your firewall or Antivirus Temporarily to see if it might be blocking something.
