i was modding my minecraft and i accidentally deleted my minecraft folder from inside the bin folder is no when i go to start minecraft it says there is a problem with the files and sends it to the trash what can i do (p.s. i have a mac)

You can redownload the .exe from minecraft.net, or alternatively, if you have the exe, you can force update by clicking options --> force update.

i have tried to just download minecraft again but it wont redownload the minecraft folder that was inside the bin
