Hello, I'm new to the Minecraft forums. I recently played minecraft on a friends XBox 360 and I really enjoyed it! So I wanted to get the Mac version for my computer but the main site told me to test on the demo to make sure it will work on my computer. I made an account and downloaded Java, but when it seems like the game is going to load suddenly a crash screen pops up. Is there something wrong with the site or is there something I'm supposed to do? I don't want to buy it until I know that my computer can play it.
FYI: My Mac is a Macbook Pro that I got brand new last year. So it should have the requirements to play. I also looked this up but only found responses to questions about this problem about older versions of mine craft. What should I do?
