I installed the new snapshot, however, with just me and 3 other friends on my server. I have like 10fps.

I have a 16GB RAM, AMD FX(tm)-8120 Eight-Core Processor, ~3.1GHz, and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660. And approx 3-5Mb/s download 1-2mb/s upload.

Is there something wrong with my comp?

The latest snapshots are very buggy pre-releases. You are to expect poor performance, turn off smooth lighting as it is the main cause of fps issues in the snapshots.
