The crash report was so long that I had to put the file in my public dropbox folder instead of copying and pasting it here.
Basically, when I turn off one of the layers of control circuits for a piston group, one of the repeaters or redstone sections will fail to update, and crashes minecraft (or at least as far as I can tell.) This crash does not occur when I turn on the same circuit, only when I turn it off. Kinda random where it causes the crashes, as the different levels of the circuits are the same, just copies.
