i know this is tech support area,
but i have solved the black screen error!!!
people suggest updating java, checking drivers, checing c++
and what happens when all that still doesnt work?

here is the legit fix,
i tried 3 days installing all sorts of old drivers for my hd4650,
even the most up to date,
thats not the problem,
windows 7 will not properly download minecraft for some reason,
yes this is where you say I DELETED THE BIN IT DOESNT WORK,
well yes you are correct it doesnt,
all you have to do (i didnt think it would work, but it did and i stayed up till 4 am playing minecraft)
is create a new user account, re-download minecraft on THAT account,
and your cooking, you will have to play from that newly created windows user account.
