So, I don't know what might have caused it, but suddenly I can not hold down left click to punch (or use any object) continuously. Meaning, I cannot break any blocks. I've done a fair bit of diagnosis, and I can't find a solution anywhere. I can left click ONCE fine, but I can't do anything by holding it.
-It's not my mouse, as this feature works fine in other games. In fact, it works just fine in Singleplayer Minecraft.
-Re-downloading Minecraft did not help.
-The controls are the default, nothing screwy happened in that department.
-All other mouse functions work fine.
-I have no mods or texture packs installed. Just plain vanilla Minecraft.
-It works some of the time in some servers, but none in others.
-When played in windowed mode, the mouse arrow icon appears on screen every time I left click.
I am now having this problem as well, but I'm in single player, and not in adventure mode! I hold down the left click, but my character only punches once. I'm going to wear a dunce cap for the rest of the week.
