i have a dual screen setup with a 32" tv as my main monitor and a 20" monitor to the side mounted vertically i first realized the problem in feed the beast minecraft but after some testing its happens with a freshly installed minecraft client too if the client is not at full screen or maxamized i can click the right half.
This is a screen shot with me holding dirt while trying to drag my mouse to the right half of the screen.
the black areas are made by the screenshot because there is no desktop there.
