I have a problem for some months. I can't run Minecraft because I have a problem with Java, it tells me: "Could not creat the Java virtual machine."
Do you have a suggestion to solve the problem?

This is another. You've most likely modified your Java settings in an attempt to give minecraft "more memory". A bad idea on a 32bit system, as it is very easy to go too far, which is what you have done.
"Probably"? You have a weird definition of absolutely certainly.
If minecraft cannot resolve google.com to an IP Address and your computer is actually connected to the internet, then some security software (antivirus / firewall/ internet security suite) is blocking it.
Or does google.com not exist in your corner of the Internet? ... I mean there's a reason why it tests finding google....
