I want to run Minecraft on this computer, but it so laggy. I need some help.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2310M CPU @ 2.10GHz (4 CPUs), 2.1GHz
Graphic Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

1. Install Optifine.
2. Customize it to your liking's.
3. ???
4. Profit!

I would recommend Installing Optifine and If the problem persists then install a 8x texturepack.
