I have always played minecraft with 40-120fps, but today, I found out that I had too much junk on my computer, so I restored/re-installed it too fabric settings.
After installing programs like skype, ccleaner, java and so on, minecraft suddenly started running in 1-20 frames max.. If someone could help me, It would be fantastic!

You probably forgot to install the display drivers. Go to Nvidia's website and get the drivers for your GPU. Find what type of OS you have, 64 bit or 32bit.

I have installed the latest graphic card, if that was what you meant!

As said above, this would be next thing I would probably say, and more less likely.

You need to set using Optimus in the Nvidia driver that Javaw.exe is to use the 540M and not intel HD graphics. Aka set Javaw.exe as a 3D program.
