Ok I have now purchased minecraft about a week ago through a game card bought at wal-mart............(skip) Well here is my problem. I wanted to try full screen mode so i did and the game closed on me. Whenever I tried to open it again it said java binary se not responding or something like that . Well I looked the error up on youtube and they told me to change compatibility mode to windows xp service pack 2 or 3. Well I did and I tried to open the game again and it froze my computer,however;it didn't give me the java binary error. So then I changed back to compatibility mode off and tried again......Well this time it froze and gave me the error,so......confused miner at the moment hope you all can help me and thanks. Oh and also another thing to note I did change my theme on my computer to a lower preference so my computer would run faster...
First off I don't think xp is the best os for gaming. Secondly, update java to the latest version. It can be found at http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
