Alright, so here's the problem. Recently, I upgraded to windows 8 and ever since i have been unable to play minecraft. the crash report is below. I did a lot of searching around and basically all i heard was "update your drivers, its a simple as that... duh" but that doesn't work. I heard about the whole "notch denying support to Microsoft on windows 8" thing and i'm pretty sure that's the problem. So, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
Bad video card drivers!
-----------------------
Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.
This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers.

I only take requests on the weekend, and give this a Click
fyi, notch denied selling minecraft in the windows 8 app store. Seeing as how minecraft runs off java, as long as java updates for windows, minecraft will work for windows.
As for the problem, it does appear to be a driver issue... (seeing as it is listing a pixel issue) I know it may sound like a broken record, but try a clean install of your graphics drivers. Otherwise, try updating the LWJGL to a more recent version, (not the newest, the version before), as this is the java backbone minecraft runs on, and is the graphical backbone.
