This is what the problem I am having looks like. I have already tried setting the anti aliasing and anisotropic fitering to use the program's settings, but that did not help. I have an Radeon HD 6770m graphics card. Does anyone know how to fix this? It is mostly visible on tools at all times, or when looking at one layer blocks while the sky is visible.
Try following these settings.
1. Right-click on desktop and click Catalyst Control Center
2. Select ‘Advanced Settings’
3. Select ‘Graphics’ then ’3D’
4. For Anti-Aliasing, check “Use Application settings”
5. For Anisotropic Filtering, check “Use Application settings”
6. Click Apply or OK

Like I said, I already tried that and it didn't help.
EDIT: Actually, changing the anti-aliasing to not use the application settings fixed it.
