I Am having an issues connecting to any servers (hunger games and such) but there is one can (my mates pvp server he's starting) I have clear everthing to do with mc and reloaded and still same problem. i hope im not only one with this issue
Then, force-update minecraft and re-enter all of the server IP's. If that doesn't work then the server may have been blocked by your ISP or Blocked by your router, or even your firewall. You may have to:
a) De-activate your firewall of add minecraft to it's exceptions list
b] Reset your router
c) Contact your ISP
d) Wait it out, usually problems like these solve themselves
