Hey there, Mincrafters. I have a serious problem. About a week ago, my uncle gave me minecraft for a late Christmas present. Now, I went to play it as soon as I got home. It seed to be working fine, but about three days later, it said the Minecraft had crashed. Now, since it was showing my username and everything, figured I would e-mail the code to someone, but I didn't know who to send it to.... can you guys (and girls) tell me who/ where/ what I need to send this to? Thank you...
What do you mean by 'crashed'? Will it no longer launch? Or was this just a 1-time thing? Because if it was just a 1-time event, there could be any number of reasons for it, but as long as it isn't happening regularly, it shouldn't be much of a problem.
Yeah, how does one go about reporting crashes that happen in Minecraft. I have went through all of their help files and have found no link that takes me anywhere that I can submit my crash file. They say there is one, but I have not found it.
I updated to the latest version of java, removed my files from the computer and reinstalled, but it still crashes. When it does load I cannot open any chest, use the crafting table, use the bed, or mine any blocks. It will remove blocks, but after about 30 seconds or so they reapear and you are back where you started. Also only, a portion of the map is working. You can literally come to the end of the map and fall into blackness.
Here is a post of the crash file;

Does this happen when you create a new world or only when opening a previous world? The reason I ask is sometimes that error crops up when your world gets corrupted. A world save can become corrupted from a crash of the game mid session. So perhaps your real problem isn't what that particular crash report is stating, but a previous crash for a different reason messed up the session lock file. You might make a backup copy of your world and then try deleting the session.lock file in the world folder and see if you can open it again.
I updated to the latest version of java, removed my files from the computer and reinstalled, but it still crashes. You post the crash report here just like the guy above you did (although he should start his own thread).
Alternatively you could also run this error tester and post the log here too, which will give us a better idea where things are going wrong.

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
