Today, I recently got on and had my bar connection to full in multiplayer. I then turned off my laptop and turned it back on because of lag. After I opened my mine craft again, I seemed to notice my connection to all my servers were 1 bar or it is so bad it even says it is a 1.3 server. At random times, it goes back to full connection. This happened to me before, but only in 1.4.5-1.4.7. I played from 1.3 and had no problems like this. I can play singleplayer well and I heard minecraft needs "Upload" speed and "Download" speed. I tested at speedtest.net and got for 6.3 mbps download and for upload, 0.56 mbps. I don't know what latency is, but i got 20ms. I remember testing long time ago and my download was 10.98 mbps, upload was 0.96 and my latency was 623. I do see I tested 4 times long time ago and my latency was twice over 500 and twice lower than 30.Please help if you please can. I also reinstalled java and all the stuff, but this keeps on happening. Thank you.

So the test, 6.3 mbps download and for upload, 0.56 mbps was when my thing was worsen. When I test durring when its good, I get 10.98 mbps download, upload was 0.96 and my latency was 623.
