Please help me, Minecraft is stuck at downloading packages every time that I try to force update. Even going to the Minecraft.net in game browser does not fix this problem as it gets stuck there too. I have tried every possible way that I can think of. Deleting .minecraft, reinstalling minecraft, Turning off my firewall, etc.
The only thing that I will not do is to format my computer. That will only be if there is no other way.
Please help! D:

Upgrade? As in get a new one? I was planning on doing that anyway, so whenever I do, I guess I can see if that works. But in the meantime, I still want to play minecraft again. :|
