I seem to get severe client lag every time I play whether it is on a server or single-player, every 45 minutes or so. It is completely resolved when I restart minecraft, but it happens consistently every 45 minutes.
I am using a somewhat powerful gaming laptop, at a 15.6 inch screen, GTX 590, and Core i7 @ 4.2 Ghz (Can't remember exact product number, as I am using my iPad to post this).
I have optifine set to the max smoothness I can think possible, but it still happens, even at priority high. Any other suggestions?
