I installed a texture pack and decided that I didn't want it anymore, so I went back to the default texture but my GUI didn't return to the default! I have uninstalled Minecraft at least 5 times now and I am getting irritated. Can someone help me fix this?

Delete the bin, resources, and texturepacks folders.
Launch minecraft.

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
