My friend has been trying to connect to a server. A lot of other people and I have been on this server all of today, but my friend keeps getting the message, "Failed to connect to the server. Operation timed out." or "Can't reach server."
He can connect to every other server he tries to connect to. This is the only one he's having trouble with. I live farther from the server than he does, so I don't see how that could be an issue. He's had this problem all day. We've made sure the IP is correct. He has bought Minecraft. He does not have hamachi on, the server is not hamachi.
I'm confused, and I'm genuinely curious as to what is going on here. He can obviously connect to servers fine, just this one doesn't work.
I'm not 100% sure if this is the right section, I hope it is...
