Hello everyone. I was playing minecraft perfectly fine, but when i got norton 360 installed on my computer, minecraft has been unable to connect to minecraft.net. At first i though of restarting, but that didn't work. I made a clean .minecraft but it still didn't work. Can anyone help me? I have an HP with 1TB of storage and 4Gigs of memory thats as far as my cpu knowllege extends.
Find the settings for Norton, and look for a blacklist/whitelist, and make it so that minecraft.net is allowed and safe. Being on a Mac, I don't know if this exists, but it is just a suggestion. Hope this helps!
