Hello friends, I'm here because, when i try to connect to one of these servers of "Hunger Games", I can get in when there is not a lot of people, like 30 of 120 but when the servers gets full i get this.

First all the people look like Steve


And then this message



What does it mean? What can I do to solve this problem? Thanks

The second picture either means that your internet is being laggy or that the server is completely lagging out.
The first probably means that either the skins server here is down or your computer is having some trouble loading all of the skins.

Is your internet speed decent? You might run a speed/latency test to see what it looks like.

Well I tested it and this is my result

It's decent. The ping is a bit higher than I would like for online play.

So Tedster must be right, it is likely a server side issue.

So, what can I do? Please I really want to play on that server I have tried everything D:

Are you playing in browser or using a launcher? If browser, have you tried the other way to see if better result?

Try flushing your DNS and if you're behind a router try turning it off for 10 seconds then turn back on to force it to flush and reset.

I'm assuming you have a vanilla install if you're playing on those types of servers.

Well, I play on a launcher and yes I've alredy tried the router thing, but actually i don't know what is vanilla install

vanilla just means a basic install without any mods.

It could be that you're experiencing poorer internet speeds from your ISP during peak usage times and that is causing your issue.

If you're router is wireless, perhaps you're getting some sort of drop off. Have you tried a physical cable connection to see if that helps?

Another possibility is that your player data file for the server you're connecting to has become corrupted, however you state that more than one server is doing this to you so I doubt this is your problem. You might contact the server support explain your problem and request they delete your player data file for a world to see if that helps.
