Black holes in adventure maps

I created a jungle map and it doesn't load completely. It only shows random black holes that let you see everything under the ground.

Any ideas?

I guess it has something to do with java allocated memory but I'm not sure about it and i don't really know how to give it more memory.

This is the thread to give it more RAM.

Do they go away when you approach them, or do they permantley stay there?
