My friend recently got minecraft, but it keeps messing up on her.

We can get her into a server, but she keeps lagging.. the world is not loading and she falls constantly.. we are trying to get her to play but she expirences severe lag even in the home menu.. any idea what is going on that could affect a new account?

Could possibly be her computer. I'm not much of a tech geek so I can't help you much there sorry.

That type of lag is most likely caused by server issues. Does she live close to the server? If not, then that would be the problem.

Unlikely to be only her computer.
