So I'm trying to play Minecraft but for some reason it won't connect to "minecraft.net" but I believe that it is having maintenance done as I cannot get onto the website without encountering problems either, but it will not let me play offline as it is saying I have not downloaded it but when i check the ".minecraft" folder everything is there and I have no idea what to do.
