Camera panning slow ever since 1.4.6

Ever since I updated to 1.4.6, the camera panning seems to be a lot slower, as if the mouse sensitivity was turned down or something. It isn't F8 mode, nor is my mouse's DPI too low (2100 I think), and touchscreen mode is off. I find that I move my mouse a lot more to turn the same amount compared to 1.4.5. Any ideas on whats going on?

PC specs:

3570k

GTX 670

8 GB of RAM

Windows 7 HP 64x

Java 7 update 10

Options>Sensitivity. Change it until it suits you.
