Hello guys, I need some help. I updated to Minecraft 1.4.6 when it came out, and everything was fine. I played the game on full screen and got my usual 90-110 fps on far render distance. Then, I didn't play the game for about 5 days, because I got tired of it. I came back to it yesterday for something to do, I open it up, and play on full screen, and I'm getting 20 fps max. Then, I restart the client to try to fix it, and I get constant crashes when logging into any world or server. I finally manage to get back on one time, and none of the world loads its textures, so I just see floating mobs in caves below me. I change all of my settings around (I have Optifine latest version), and still nothing changed, a steady 20 fps. I even completely uninstalled Minecraft, and Optifine, and I;m still having the problem. Absolutely nothing changed over these 5 days of not playing. I don't understand what the problem is, and if you could help me, I would be very grateful. Below is a crash report. In my analysis, it looks like it is Optifine, but why could I use a client, then come back to it later and have a problem when nothing at all has changed?

Hi!
This sounds a bit weird, but all I can suggest is go to your .Minecraft folder (C:\Users\YourUsername\%AppData%\Roaming\.Minecraft) and put your save files on your desktop. Then when they're saved, delete your whole .Minecraft folder. Now open the Minecraft launcher and login, and the .Minecraft folder will rebuild itself. Replace the new saves folder with the one you put on your desktop.
Hope it helped!
I did exactly that (literally exactly) and I still have the problem.
I'm also getting lower framerates and jitteryness since 1.4.6. Sometimes i will have high framerates, but the game is so jittery it is completely unplayable or giving me a headache.
EDIT: I just made a superflat world. My client reports 200FPS, but it still randomly jitters for seemingly no reason.

Same situation for me on superflat as well, I am told I'm getting up to 190 fps, but I'm not.
