Minecraft Forums

I open up Minecraft and then i play it for a while. At first everything seems alright but then, minecraft crashes and i get an error message saying that java has detected a fatal runtime error. It doesnt tell me what the error is so im left clueless! If anyone of you could help me, i would be soooo thankful.

by the way, i noticed that whenever i add more blocks, the crashes happen more often
my computer is a dell precision 380 if that's what you want to know.

Try Upgrade Java and see if that works

Jono, it appears you may have Java 6 and Java 7 installed. I've had problems when i had 5 and 6 installed together waaay back in the day. Try cleaning up your installs. it might not work, but at least you will know for sure.
