When ever I use Java 7, I get right after the login screen and then it crashes. I cannot use Java 6 due to a weird issue where minecraft does not recognise Java is even installed. Any people with this same problem with hopefully a fix?
You may want to unistall Java 7 and then run Minecraft using Java 6 if you beleive Java 7 is the issue.
There should be no issue with Java 7. I have Java 7 myself, and it runs fine, even though it's 32 bit and I have a 64 bit operating system.
