I am building an XP crusher using a pig spawner, and I had it functional. pigs were spawning, falling but not dying, i hit them once and they die. This is how it looked before, and it worked.
I broke some of the dirt so only the 2 middle dirt blocks remained. I wanted them to have less room to stand so they would fall more frequently, but when i did this they quit spawning. When it didn't work, I changed it back to be exactly as is above. Pigs still wont spawn. why won't it work?

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.

I tried to post a pic and it didn't work.... idk. most of the dirt wont turn for some reason but i do have one block that is grass.
