When I try to run minecraft, it shows the loading screen for a second, then a black screen comes up. After that it displays this message:

What do I have to do to fix this problem

EDIT: This happens when it is run from both in browser and from download

It doesn't let me update the driver for the video card, but here are the specs anyways:

CPU: Pentium 4 3.2 GHz
Memory: 4GB DDR2 400 MHz
GPU: Intel 82945G 224MB
Hard Drive:250GB

Being your current GPU or Drivers don't support OpenGL.
Intel's specs on the Intel 82945G Integrated Graphics claim it is compatible with OpenGL so your problem would come down to the driver and software.
