Purchased 2 gift cards for Christmas for my girls. Finally was able to download software, but when I login I am told there is a new version and do I want to update. If I say "yes" I get the following message: Failed to Launch Fatal error occured (4): null. If I say "no" it says "Download complete, but the green bar never completes and nothing happens. I have tried to run the game in the browser as well and get the same messages. HELP!
Try running this error testing tool and post a copy of the log here. This will give us a little more info on just where the client is stalling and your system environment.
